OEA Speaks... for you

But it doesn't always have to be that way. You can speak for yourself, too. You can write a letter or an email. You can talk to your colleagues and friends and relations. You can comment on this blog. (You can, honest. Don't be shy.)

In fact, this blog is intended as a conversation, not just a duet. While David and I certainly enjoy keeping you informed with our witty banter and erudite opinionating, we also want to hear from you.

Our fundamental question:What can we do to make communication better throughout the district? And how might this blog help?

Other questions: What do you like about the OEA newsletter? What don't you like? What's missing? Do you read it all the way through, or just the first page, or is it a straight shot to the recycle bin? (Never mind the trash.) What's the best way to reach you on a regular basis? How can we keep this momentum going?

The greatest advantage of the electronic medium is its interactivity--but it's no advantage if no one takes advantage of it. So speak up, voice your opinion, say what's on your mind. We want--no, we need to know.
